Ad Description:

The HRIS Administrator, under the general direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, in close consultation with the VP of Finance, Payroll and IT departments is responsible for the full functioning of the HRIS system including but not limited to: custom reporting, web, time tracking, security and permissions, training, problem solving and troubleshooting.

The position will interface with vendors when appropriate to ensure adequate functions of the YMCA software related to payroll and human resources.

Minimum of BA/BS degree. Minimum 5-8 years experience in HRIS systems required. Ultipro experience preferred. Knowledge and experience developing and delivering trainings. Previous human resources experience required. PHR/SPHR Certification is preferred. Excellent oral and written skills, computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel. Must possess or acquire within three years of onset of service YMCA Multi-Team Leader status. Possession of valid Class D driver's license.

Starting Salary range: $47,500-$53,500 Excellent benefits, including 12% retirement.
