This senior practitioner leads one of two Talent Management and Organization Development cross functional teams and works collaboratively with university senior leaders and faculty to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. The Team Leader provides leadership to the consulting team and interfaces with senior leaders to align the team's initiatives with operating priorities. This senior professional collaborates with the Sr. Director to plan, implement, and evaluate institution-wide change rollouts.
