Dynamic growing healthcare company located in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland seeks a Clinical Recruiter. The position will be based at the Regional Headquarters in Newark, DE. Job Description The Clinical Recruiter sources, interviews and refers strong candidates for clinical positions within the region. This primarily includes Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants, Certified Athletic Trainers, and other clinical positions as necessary. This entails full life-cycle recruitment for 30 and growing, outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinics in DE, PA, & MD.

The Recruiter will develop and implement recruiting strategies to achieve desired staffing levels. The qualified candidate will be professional, proactive and a results-oriented individual. The individual will travel approximately 75% of the time locally for interviews and 10% national travel for career fairs and tradeshows. Individual will develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges, universities and the community as a source for generating qualified applicants.

There is a strong preference for a candidate with prior healthcare recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing applicants in the same or a similar clinical industry. Preferred individual will have a minimum of five years experience in human resources recruiting or as a licensed PT, OT or ATC.

Job Requirements Evening and weekend availability required as necessary for candidate communication and event travel.

Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and extensive knowledge of personnel policy and federal and state employment laws is required. Must have an optimistic and positive demeanor as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must display sound judgment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong public speaker.

Excellent presentation skills.

Creative ability.

Meticulous organizer.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
