Ad Description:
Summary The incumbent will administer the company's HRIS system(s), ensuring data integrity and serving as a technical point-of-contact for users.
In addition, incumbent will provide HR generalist support for assigned departments including employee relations, staffing, and performance management/employee development.
Incumbent will handle some benefits administration occasionally (medical, dental, 401(k), workers comp, etc.) and assist with annual open enrollment.
Professionalism and the exercise of discretion and good judgment is essential.
Education/minimum work experience required: Bachelor's degree in HR/5+ years or High School degree/10+ years experience in HR.
