Ad Description:

We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator to provide HRIS systems expertise to departmental users for acquisitions, enhancements, data integrity, business processes, troubleshooting, on-going system support, and reporting.

Some Job Responsibilities will include the following;

  • Support business process analysis to translate business needs with system capabilities.
  • Design and recommend reports based on analysis and needs.
  • Support functional analysis for new development projects and on-going projects.
  • Provide support in the planning, design and delivery of procedural documentation, communication and training to end-users. Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of the HRIS system, and for facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.
  • Responsible for conducting high-level needs analysis, gathering and documenting Business Requirements, coordinating user accepting testing, developing procedures and documentation, and assisting with training. Work collaboratively with the IT department.
  • Research and resolve HRIS issues and lead implementation of HR system solutions, planning, gap/fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support of human resource management systems projects.
  • Provide HR system support to the HR systems users and ensure the effective reporting and analysis of HR and payroll data;
  • Create customized reports for data analysis, and supporting users on ad hoc reporting. Education: B.S. in IT or related degree.

    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

    Candidates should have strong project leadership skills and the proven ability to prioritize work.

    Working knowledge of HR and Payroll business practices.

    Knowledge of HR applications, databases, and other reporting tools, including use of complex queries.

    Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and the ability to prioritize. Possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Prior HRIS experience. Meditech a plus. SQL, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V lookup), Advanced Access (database creation), Cognos/Crystal experience preferred. Must have excellent time management skills, self starter, goal driven and be analytical.
