Ad Description:
St. Francis Hospital has an opening for an HRIS Analyst. The Human Resource HRIS Analyst is responsible for all HRIS related issues within the hospital. He/She will monitor and suggest adjustments for compensation changes/adjustments. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the Lawson and Kronos administration, including but not limited to, Lawson status change process.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Bachelors of Science in Human Resources or related field preferred vSPHR/PHR preferred Must have at least 3 years of HR Analyst related experience Must be technology proficient
