Human Resources Administrator
Zenith Products Corporation is recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator. Zenith is a well established company located in New Castle, Delaware which is within commuting distance from Maryland, Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Our company manufactures consumer products found in most major retail stores such as shower curtain rods, liners and rings, as well as mirrored medicine cabinets, shower caddies, and wood, wire, and plastic shelving and storage cabinets.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for:
Processing weekly payroll for plant employees
Assisting with processing of terminations Processing employee change requests and paperwork All written and verbal translations New hire orientation for Spanish-speaking employees Processing changes to benefit enrollments for all employees, including new enrollments. Performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Assisting department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Prior payroll processing experience is highly preferred (ADP knowledge a plus) Knowledge of human resources practices and local, state, and federal employment laws Highly developed organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions At least 3 years experience in a human resources department or other office environment Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High level of professionalism and confidentiality
